Cookies in iPhone Apps

Hello!

I'm thinking of making som kind of affiliate app, but I was wondering if it would be possible, due to the cookie restriction in safari. (As most affiliate programs require a browser that enables cookies. In my case, the Amazon affiliate program.)

Does the same thing still apply if implemented inside a browser in an app?

    Enable the cookies, then see, what happens..

    1. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
    2. Click Security.
    3. In the Accept Cookies section, choose either Always or Only from sites you navigate to.
