how do add h1 tag to my theme

My website is yupedia.com and the theme is...


I recently realized that my theme doesn't have a h1 tag at all. I know how important that is for SEO and I wanted to add it. I'd like if possible the h1 tag to be the same as the title of every post.

I'd be really grateful if somebody can tell me how it's done.

    Yes I know but from a SEO stand point it would be better if my post titles are automatically put into H1 tags. I know many blogs function like that and I've read enough to believe that it's a good SEO practice.
