Any Good Self-Replicating Site Scripts?

I am curious if anyone knows of a good self-replicating site script?
What I want to do is:
1) Build a landing page, probably with a tease video on it, where visitors can submit their email address, and then be emailed or auto-redirected to a thank you page which offers another video or download etc.
2) I want the visitors to be able to sign up to sign up for a 'self-replicated' account at my website, where they can promote the same video they just watched to others through their own link.
3) The ability to send email to their leads would be nice.
Essentially, it's kind of like an MLM arrangement, except I am not an MLM - just want to make a 'promotion in a box' so affiliates can promote the product even if they aren't web designers etc.
