How do I best build an interface to manage many-to-many relationships?

I'm trying to make some improvements to my twitter bimbot scripts.

Currently, I have many offers, and many niches, and there are some occasions where an individual offer can reside in many niches.

Are there any examples out there that I can imitate? I need to be able to add and remove offers from niches.

I have never heard about "twitter bimbot". What is that?

      It's almost definitely blackhat.

I basically have twitter accounts which I use to respond to specific strings with various tweets encouraging people to google a search term, or click on a link leading to a CPA offer.

These are bimbots because I use stock photos of women as the profile

I'm currently looking for a way to automate the optimization of the CPA offers, thus the need for many-to-many relationship management.

I've been moving more into the link-indexing space using these bimbots as a way to balance out the difference between promotional and indexing tweets.
