I want to know how the guy at squidoocool(dot)com programmed the blog to look like it is, he also charges people upto $700 for a ready made blog like that how does he do it

    What is you mean? If you mean, creating wordpress theme, I think you should learn Wordpress Codex.

    He has created a very simple blog that is not tough to design with wordpress or joomla.
    If you can just have some good ideas about wordpress you will be able to do that easily.

    If you wanted a simple blog you can code one in about a day. Otherwise there are many already built systems out there that can be customized.

    Wordpress is the best for making blog type site and the site you gave is made with wordpress. Wordprss is a CMS and google "Wordpress" to learn about it. If you want to make or learn about these types of sites then better to start with a simple theme. There have many free themes around the internet for making blogs, just google theme - take a look to the live demo and then start. If you face any difficulty then post here, I think many people here are ready to help you.

    I take it you don't really look at the pages you're viewing?
    or as I suspect - you are trying to promote/push that service and draw people to it?

    That page is the demo blog for the services/sites he sells, nothing really special, just a turnkey blog package.

    Just go to the bottom of the page, see where it says 'get your own niche blog' and click it.
    I'm not going to post the link and help promote it for you/him (as I expect it's your site/service you are trying to promote in a crafty way??)
