Thumbnail picture is not showing up in FB!

Hi Warriors, im having a litle issue as i am not a programmer myself i do understand html and css but not php, im having a problem and is that when i publish one of my post links in fb, is not showing the thumbnails as it should, i ve seen many ways to do it, like plugins for wp, and also codes to paste between php but i still cant get the pictures to show .... if anyone could give me a hand on this i really aprecciate ...

    See your facing a minor problem with PHP, you need to first share your problem with the developers that are always and already available in wp. So, do contact them instead of hamper your work. If still you face the same one then i'll show you the path. That all i can say to this one. Thanks.

    Make sur you have the Open-Graph tags on your page.
    For the image:
    <meta property="og:image" content="image.jpg"/>

    Facebook keeps the link's content in cache.
    If you change the value of the Open-Graph tags, you'll need to reset the facebook cache.
