The bot must do the following
1.Be able to post a message in each of the chat room rooms
2.Have the use of being able to use proxies
3.Pull proxies from a source like hidemyass
4.Be able to change your user name for each post or randomise
5.Be able to use a proxy off each list per each posting in the chat rooms
6.Rotate urls
7.The use of syntax
