Android app development

Hello,

I am developing an application for Android. As I am only a novice developer I am doing the development with an SDK. There is a page that provided me with relevant information about application development and also with code snippets that handle the physical buttons and the rotation features of the mobile devices. The development is being done with the SDK and Adobe Flash Builder. In my point of view the information provided on the page (if you are interested Google on: "How to build an Android VoIP client - Ozeki") was really helpful, even for a novice developer like me. That is why I think that other not so experienced developers might find it valuable. I only meant to give an advice with this thread and hope some will find it useful.

Hi Shantanu ! Just in case to reply your answer I would like to say that it depends upon the type of OS a person is using for himself. If for example he is into Windows then, firstly he will have to install the android drivers and then, he needs to download the android software development kit also known as SDK. the programmings on Java should be known with a good knowledge on C.

For Android (and cross-platform) development, we use http://www.coronasdk.com/ and Appcelerator Inc | Titanium Mobile Development Platform

Both offer native app development through javascript programming.

I believe Appcelerator also have a "free version" which is very capable.
