I got this message when I opened my blog:

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './wp-blog-header.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/stretchm/public_html/index.php on line 17What does it mean? Someone changed the theme and content of my blog. I immediately change my password. I suspect that my blog was being hacked. The next day, I got the following errors. What should I do? I can't open my wordpress account, too.

    The WordPress files themselves are missing from your site. Reinstall it. If your database wasn't also hacked, then you won't lose any content on your blog, just put the same database info in when you install.

    I guess too that other than the blog being hacked, the website is missing its wordpress theme. The other thing is that all at once it cannot be predicted that would have had happened, but some sort of file has been corrupted for sure.
