Can somebody access my cpanel and see if it works for them?

Hi

My cpanel looks all weird when i login, i have contacted wgo hosting but they are not very helpful.

Can someone login and hopefully have alook at what is wrong?

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache & all cookies? 99.9% of the time this is a browser cache problem or corrupt cookies.

      yes and 3 other people from 3 different pc's and ip's have tried also,

      Could there be a virus on the site?

        Ok, if you're able to log in, try going to the file manager & deleting the folder titled: .cpanel/ Be sure to get the correct folder. That is: dot cPanel

        This folder is the cPanel cache and will be recreated. This may/may not work, but it could also be a problem on their end as well.



        PS: While it is safe to remove this folder since it will be recreated by cPanel when you log back in, having to do this says that there is a server side issue if this fixes the problem. I cannot be held liable if you delete the wrong folder.
