Hi there

Firstly may I say that I am not a programmer in any way shape or form, but I do have a question about a wordpress theme, that the company who provided it are NOT supplying any support for, so this is left to me to try and figure out.

Here is the problem if you go to here Television Sales Ireland:Bringing Vision to your home - Selling a wide range of TV, Freeview boxes, dvd's and accessories you may see the problem straight away. But I will explain it to you, the DVD players all show up like squares and the TV's all look squashed the question is how do I fix this.

The software I am using is zonbuilder and you can see the theme at the bottom of the page.

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you

Sorry what do you mean choose more honest ways.? When I look at the DVD's in chrome they look like they are all squashed into the area when I look at the TV's in chrome they also look like they are squashed. How dare you assume I just put this post up here for a link( as that's is the only inference I can take from your honest ways comment).

Look at any posts I have on this forum you'll see they are genuine posts. I have a ton of sites live on the internet you don't see me in here posting them. So it's either a case of you are blind or you were looking at the site in a different browser to me.

I think you are talking about the images looking out of proportion.

This is happening because the actual images you are using have been saved in that bad format. I can't tell whether it is the software that you are using that is resizing them, or whether it is a problem with the source images you are using.

Check your source images look correct, and then check for any settings in your software that may been resizing them.

I am using Zonbuilder software and it brings in a feed from Amazon using an API if you click on a product you will see that at the top of the product page the item still looks squashed but underneath it where all the information is you will see a proper image of the DVD player of the TV in question.
I have looked at this in chrome, IE, and Mozilla
