Developing a GPT script

Hi All,

Would like to ask you a question.
I'm planing to develop a new GTP script which is going to be free?

The question is, will you use the script if it's written in C#, MSSQL and ASP.NET?

I'm quite fed up with PHP and MySQL and realised that i can archive much much more with C# then with PHP.
It also looks way more easier to code in it and use then PHP.

The only thing I'm afraid of is that people might not want to use it because it's not written in the language they are used to ( PHP )

It's a bit hard to find hosting companies as well as not all of the hosting companies to provide ASP.NET and MSSQL support.

So please let me know what you think about it.

If at least 15 people will say that they might try the script i will start to write it by end of this week and hopefully will release a beta version of the script by end of the month.

Thanks.

    Why not PHP?
Imagine the "clients" you will be loosing if you code it in ASP...

-No one wants to use a ASP based web-application when there are much better alternatives such as PHP.
-MSSQL is disgusting. I just watched my dad deal with a downed server that was running MSSQL & a user attempted to make a select all query, the server crashed. It was a dedicated high-end medical server with only around 800,000 rows, which is much lower than average.
-C# is cancer when it comes to server work.
