Creating visual forum posts...graphics packages out there?

Hello all! I hope this is the appropriate place for my question...don't you love newbies? LOL!

I'd like to ask for some help in being able to craft "high impact" and visual forum posts like folks do here in the WSO section. I am not looking at creating them here...but I work alot on forums in the niche I specialize in. I also figure it will help with the Wordpress site I am working on. I am assuming there are some good packages out there that I could get that contain a variety of these different images that are used. Can anyone recommend a few?

If it helps, I have Photoshop Elements and am learning to use it.

    The only thing I want to add here is that the focus should be the content and NOT the pretty. If you want to have fancy graphics on the forums you create that is fine, all the power to you but the focus should be the display of the content and not showing off fancy graphics.

    If the graphics are the main focus you will have the best looking empty forums on the internet.
