Urgent Coding Issue on Warrior forum for a WSO

I am really struggling here, can someone please reply to this thread with the proper code so i can get this up. I would so appreciate it, i went to the coding area, but i am so frustrated its almost impossible to get done. Could someone please type this up and reply with it so i can cut and paste the code,i will be so appreciative.
