GoToWebinar Key ?

I have bought a plugin that integrates gotowebinar with aweber. The way it works is when someone signs up for my webinar they will also be added to my list in aweber.
To make it work I need GoToWebinar Key. Where can I get this from?
Tried to contract people at Citrix but they aren't helpful at all...
