How to create a rating and review integrated table ?

i am in desperate need of help.

i am planning to create an html website in which i will list around 200 products and each one will have a unique page.

i want to embed a script or software or code to let the visitors to both "rate" and write a "review". This site is not going to be a blog. So this wont be a rating integrated blog comment feature.

And i want the script or code to count all the ratings and calculate the average rating and then pull all the information to a main "table" on a seperate page.

And also i want the script to let the users sort the table with criterias such as rating, year, etc....

i searched on google a lot but could not find a suitable one for me. i want it to be real professional.

Any idea will be appreciated.

Sounds like you need to use Wordpress, WP Ecommerce plugin.
Also Just add a ratings plugin and to it. that should sort you out.

  Thats not going to be a wordpress site. i will use frontpage to create an html site. And ill take everything into account in terms of user experience.
  
  i have the framework ready. This will be a big site and i dont want to mess with things afterwards if i dont like the layout, table, design etc... i am kind of picky about this.
  
  Everything is ok for now, the only problem i dont know how to create a "rating and review" system and integrate it to a table.
  
  i used wordpress many times but i dont think wordpress this time is a good choice for me.

Seeing how you have no idea what you're doing, and you don't want to use Wordpress, I think the only solution is to hire someone to do it. We're not going to be able to teach you how to make a review site in this thread.
