Contact Us Forms in Wordpress?

I was wondering if you could give me some advice on the best and easiest Plugin to use for creating Contact Us Forms in Wordpress?

I am searching for something that I can add drop down lists, multiple choice lists etc and still have the ability to send a message telling the customer that their message was recieved.

I hear that Contact Form 7 is pretty good, however; I am interested in reading your opinions on this subject...

Could you please provide positives and negatives for your personal preferance of Contact Us plugins.

    Go with Contact Form 7 + Contact Form 7 recaptcha plugin and when you make your form make sure you name each field with something unique to trick the bots that usually lurk around auto filling it.

    I like Fast Secure Contact Form. High customizable, easy to setup, updated often. Plus there's a standalone version if some of your sites are non-wordpress.

    Check cforms plugin, that is good to use also. cforms have the option to create dropdowns, checkboxes and radio buttons. If you can afford paid plugin, then gravity forms is the best one that you can use to build easy and complex forms with payment fields even.

    I agree with cgimaster, contact form 7 is one of the most used wordpress plugins ever, doesn't make it the best, but does what you ask for.

    From some plugin about form, I still use contact form 7. Its good plugin to install in your blog.
