Possible to export cache as a database to be restored in a new blog?

I have a plugin that creates posts, but only the text is actually printed in the post. The images it shows in the posts disappear when the plugin is deactivated, but the text remains.

When I use a cache plugin, the full post appears (text & image) even if I turn the plugin off.

is there a way to export the cache and import into a new blog, as a database, so I get the full post without having to install the original plugin?

Sorry, forgot to mention it's wordpress, if it wasn't obvious already.

Hope that made sense.

How is your blog going to use the cache, if it doesn't have the plugin that knows how to use it?

Well could be possible to webscrape the images and mark them to which post and then add them manually or script it into your database.
Are the images at a different location from you site? Also I would only recommend this if the images are yours to use not a thirdparty.
