Buying unique IP adresses

Hi there. I need to buy 1,000 unique, static UK adresses. There is a legitimate - and non spam - reason for this, but it's pretty complicated so I won't go in to it here. Does anybody know if this is possible and how it can be done?

    You'll need an IPv4 broker, such as one listed on APNIC's site (APNIC - Registered IPv4 brokers). Expect to pay upwards of $20 per IPv4 address (or more).

    Why do you want a unique IP address ?? ...OH sorry just saw you cant answer that maybe if you had more info I could try help

    Gonna be expensive.. check with your tech guys if IPv6 address would suffice..
    IP4 is running out and prices are going up very very fast
