Lost Administrative Rights in WP

I am shocked after logging into my admin acocunt for my article writing service site Top Content Writers | Unique Content Article Writing Service

I lost administrative rights.. see screenshot below.. I don't know why this happened. I can delete the site and reinstall but the problem is the very important plugin that I don't have a file copy... Is there anyway I can recover this? See below..

    Yes, don't panic. Login to you ftp and copy all files you want (plugin for example).

    I am not sure, but I think you can login to phpmyadmin and just change your account permissions back to administrator and then you are in control again. A bit of googling will help you find the answer I think.
