OptimizePress Membership Site Issues - Are You Better Than Their In House Support?

Hi All - I have a problem with my OptimizePress Membership site.

It was all working fine, but then some of the sub-folders disappeared and meant that I could no-longer see them. They still exist, but cannot be seen.

I am using DAP with this site - and DAP have checked everything and say that it is not a DAP issue. They have never encountered it.

OptimizePress keep sending me to their FAQs, but as you will see - this is NOT an FAQ! :confused:

    In your second video, you showed the page template you were using for the content page.

    However, the module 11 "segmenting your list" page is the template we need to know. (should be "Members 1 - Module (Free/DAP/WL").
    That's the page that creates the children/folder that are missing.
    Should be a module template.
    Certainly sounds like you set it up correctly. You might have to push OP support if it's not an oversight, but an OP bug.

    It's going to be a little tough to diagnose without direct access.
    Seems like it is in OP and not DAP.
    Those children/folders that are missing are auto generated by OP.

    OptimizePress Support and David V both spotted the issue at the same time. This was a template issue which was almost impossible to spot once I had been searching for so long!
