Looking for a way to let voters rank a large number of products

One vote each person, free of paid, not a star system, but placing the products in order from best to worst and showing the number of votes. Security is a major concern.

That's the ideal but willing to look at a step down from that. Anyone know a good way to do this, or can come up with one?

    Depending on how many products you have, that sounds exhausting xD

    May I suggest creating a "I like this product" type of system, where each product can be liked(and even disliked) and depending on how many hits they get, they will rank from 1st(most liked product) and can be knocked out at anytime by another "trending" product dynamically.

    Hope my suggestion helps with ideas


    EDIT: And have a "Most Popular Products" section, you could even just show the top 10 products, and so on.

    can't you do that by logging how many views each product gets and then show top 10 visited ones as popular ones .... or top 10 purchased ones

      Thanks Blake and lord, but those won't work with this site. People need to be able to look at all the possible choices, depending on how many pages back they want to go, and then to vote on just one as the best. But thank you for the suggestions.

      I guess this is unusual but I'm still hoping.
