I was at a group internet marketing meeting where someone was telling the group that there is a string of code that can be used to make any normal website mobile ready rather then re configuring every page to mobile.

Is this true and does anyone know what the code might be. I have a few sites with a lot of pages and the idea that I could use one code string to make them all readable on a phone or tablet is so much better then redoing everything. Thanks Mark

Do you have any idea what the language this 'string of code' is written in?

An easy way to do this is to use some code to detect the type of device ( mobile or non mobile) then select a css file for mobile or desktop.

This way you just need to create 2 css styles instead of 2 sites.

It will be the future standard I expect.
