Diagnose My DNS Issue

Hi All,

I have been having some trouble with my website, in regards to not being able to access it from certain computers / networks.

The majority of computers can access it fine, but every now and then, I get a call from a customer who can't access it.

I also have people who can only access it, if they don't use the www.

I am led to believe that it is an issue with my DNS, and I am hoping that someone here can not only confirm this, but also confirm what I need to do in order to correct it.

The website is www.plasticprinting.com.au

Thanks for your help and please let me know if you spot any other faults, whether it is technical or SEO related etc.

Cheers

Jake

There is problem with your name server.
FAIL: The following nameservers are listed at your nameservers as nameservers for your domain, but are not listed at the parent nameservers (see RFC2181 5.4.1). You need to make sure that these nameservers are working. If they are not working ok, you may have problems!
    ns2.dewdropbd.net
    ns1.dewdropbd.net
ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the parent servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:
    ns2.plasticprinting.com.au
    ns1.plasticprinting.com.au
This is listed as an ERROR because there are some cases where nasty problems can occur (if the TTLs vary from the NS records at the root servers and the NS records point to your own domain, for example).

Here's another report which displays some of the problems (and suggested resolutions) with this domain.

The "warnings" above are simply that. They're not "errors" & the site should still function correctly.

Are you using reseller hosting with private nameservers? If so, I'd recommend saving the A records on your account, or having your host do this for you. I'd also check the A records for both the www & non-www versions to be sure they have the correct entries.

I'm able to browse to www & non-www with no problems.
