PayPal - WSO - 3rd Party Cart Integration need some programming help

Currently we are licensing software from sales on our website using easydigitaldownloads.com shopping cart and licensing plugin. This solution works well for us except trying to sell via third party websites like WF.

The sales/customer flow on our website is as follows:

add product to cart > purchase product > paypal > return from paypal to website confirmation page with License key

user then activates their product with that license key which is specific to that product.

We now want to sell on a 3rd party website and we have to solve a problem, how to license the plugins after they purchase on that forum.

The logic should run like this.

1) We get a sale from a third party website

2) It forwards a successful Paypal IPN request to a unique url on our website.

3) Our website takes that and shows the payment success page with a unique plugin license just as if they had used the cart on our website.

4) The page should show the right license for the product they have paid for: any product, for any price, and give the right license for the right product.

Places like the WF let you specify the following after a successful sale.
IPN Forwarding URL - "URL to forward Paypal IPN request to"

and they also allow you to specify - Key Generation URL
"Need to generate a license for your product? Add the key generation script URL and we will send the script output to the buyer"

We could just run the license script and send the license direct to the user if that is easier?

We would prefer they get sent to our website and see the success message with the license included.

Anyone here have a solution to this problem? We don't think it is a big problem but we need a solution to this problem asap to launch our product.
