PHP Programers I NEED A SCRIPT

Hi this is Frank Gorka I am looking for a PHP B2B Safelist
script that will do these things below. If anyone knows where
I can find this I will buy it through your affiliate link as long as
it is a fair price.

Here is what I need it to do BARE MIN

1. credit based

2. member maintenance- edit one member account and
updates on all safelists that an admin owns

3. one feature or admin profile change on one safelist
have the option to update all safelists an admin owns

4. double opt in

5. if admin is sending soloads and owns 5 oir more safelists
the admin needs to be able to log into one safelist and send
out through all they own

6. be able to view credit links a member has clicked on
in past 7 days

7. in master control panel should be able to search for
safelist names by last created AND alphabetically

8. members should be able to set up auto send campaigns

9. admins should have full control of their safelist
features

10. admins should have support ticket access for their
members

11. banner rotation

12. text ad rotator

13. Also will I be able to sell monthly memberships as sub
domains as separate safelist all on our main domain name

    I think you should find a freelancer to do this job, It will be better to find a script fill all your requirements.

    I don't think you will find anything off the shelf that will do more than a couple of the tasks on your list, and it's even less likely that any two of them will work together. Your best bet would be to find someone to code it all from scratch.
