Browser is receiving the wrong URL from Server

I have 3 pages out of 20 that are affected by something I can't figure out.

Note: I removed the dot between domain and extension so you can see the URL and the browser window is a continuous line including the hash tag. Using the No Link button didn't work for some reason.

The URL on the Client side is correct -
http://www.homemedic info/home/care/index.html

The URL on the Server side is correct -
http://www.homemedic info/home/care/index.html

The URL however comes up in the browser as
http://www.homemedic info/indexhtml#
http://www.homemedic info/home/care/index.html

The webhost said to delete the files and reload. Did that so many times it is has become silly. Doing the same things to expect something different doesn't work. Deleted the server side as well.

Something is tickling these pages but I don't recognize it.

Any suggestions?

I am on Windows 7, Using FileZilla as FTP and Hostgator as Web Host.

Thanks for your help

Darlene

Check the link addresses in your HTML. You have at least one that is incorrect (it has a hash tag in front of it).

        Hi

        Update:

The URL citing the "#" and as pointed out by two of our members was a finger-issue. My mistake. Thank you for that.

The other URL Analizer Tool error I sent over to my Web Host as why should you sweat it?

They fixed it on the spot. Guess I have to keep the URL Analyer Tool guys on hand too.

        Thank you everyone.

I am leaving this here so others with my limitations can benefit.

I am now 20/20 pages and can start on the new stuff.

I wish it was that easy. I indicated that I had check the URL address in the client side and it was OK
I also indicated I had checked the Server side and it reads as oK, on an edit and view the page comes up.

It is when the URL is passed to the browser something happens.

Based on what both of said I used a URL Analyzer for http://www.homemedic.info/home/care/index.html

    The results came up as:
Server Messagesfailed connecting with [ssl CONNECT failed with: error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol]SSL InformationConnectionIP Tested192.232.216.159Version[ NOT DETECTED ]Port443 (default)Cipher[ NOT DETECTED ]Timeout2 (default)Bits[ NOT DETECTED ]ProtocolSSLv23Cipher Options

I then googled with "[ssl CONNECT failed with: error:140770FC:SSL"

The general concenus of what I looked at was there is a conflict between the SSL configuration and the DNS.

    Anybody know anything about this?

    Thanks

    Darlene
