Does anyone know the process behind JVZoo and W+ dimesales and how the price image changes according to not only the price but also how many copies are left?

Do they have a huge database of images for each combination? What type of algorithm do they use? What kind of script can read that value?

Its not necessary to have an image for every price possible. You can use a standard base image and dynamically superimpose the price on it then serve the resulting image to the sales page.

php is good for this, another example of this in action are the meme generators where you can put your own text on a popular meme image.

I expect the number of copies left is found from a simple copies=copies-1 algorithm being run after each purchase.

Thank you for the info. How would you go about reading the price of such an image? Say, if I wanted to build a tool which used product price as one of its values?
