Stock Control for Multiple Sites

I have 3 places where I need to keep an eye on the same stock control list

Amazon
Tradebox (for integration with SAGE)
eCommerce website

These places basically work off the same stocklist.

I could easily put together a spreadsheet with multiple sheets that I can update a couple of times a day then upload the updated spreadsheets to Amazon and my eCommerce site but this isn't a scalable solution as the sites are getting busier month on month.

Ideally I need or want a 'hands-off' spreadsheet that updates itself and informs both sites of stock levels and therefore lead to happier customers

Has anyone got any ideas?

Presumably you control the ecommerce site, so use that inventory to update the other two sites automatically every few hours, or even upon each sale. Alternatively, allocate a third (or whatever) of your amounts to each site, to absolutely ensure that you never oversell, with the trade-off that you could decline business on one site when you still have stock on another.

Their is software available for this where it allows you to manage stock from one central system. The one I have used previously was called linnworks, it was ok. Quite laggy (was a few years ago now) but their are others available. e-seller pro is another. Google around, they are called multichannel selling tools.

Hope that helps, any questions pm me and I'll try point you in the right direction.
