Affiliate link tracking with woocommerce & WP All Import

Hi Warriors,

I don't want to sound like a snoob but here's my issue.

I'm in the middle of building an ecommerce affiliate store with the following setup:

-Wordpress
-Woocommerce
-WP All Import
-Woo Commerce "Product Retailers" Extension

Now here's the thing:

I am going to import xml product feeds using WP All Import into WooCommerce (meaning I will not be selling any products from my store but instead the clients will be forwarded to the original store and will do the check-out there).
Those xml feeds will be updated automatically after setup.

So far so good....BUT: Since I am going to get my commission based on CPC and not based on sales I will need a link tracking solution which will exactly count the clicks of each vendor and product. The tracking summary should be the core of my CPC commission invoicing and should be 99,99% exact.

Furthermore when a client is clicking on a specific product he should be forwarded to a transition page with my logo (for a second or so) telling him that he is leaving my page. This transition page should also be initial page on which the tracking begins. From there the client will be forwarded to the link provided in the original xml product feed.

Here's another thing (not a must but nice to have): The tracking solution provider should also offer an invoicing function which will help me to easily bill the monthly clicks to a vendor based on the agreed CPC. (I know this is a dream scenario but who knows ;-)

Anyhow: Could somebody recommend a plugin and or service provider for my specific needs?
