Looking for a services management system

PROGRAMMING

Hey everyone,

I would like some help please.

I am offering a variety of services on the web and i would like a full on content management for admins and users to manage services. So i would have the services when purchased and registered they can have their own client area and receive updates on their services throughout. The more features the better i guess.

Looking for cheap as possible and i am sure there are some nice free ones.
