How do I add this to my site?

Hello,

I have an example of what I want on my site in the video below because I really don't know how to put it in words. Please watch the video for what I am trying to do with my site and any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Simple.... aweber... or any autoresponder.. goto wordpress and type in autoresponder or type in email scripts. Its a simple code you input, but customized by you on where you want your visitors to goto.. ie, a sales page, thank you page, or what ever you want. The user will get a confirmation email, they click on it, you now have a "useable" user because they confirmed that they did input their email addy. You then sell them later or put them on an autoresponder for a select number of days or months. Give them free stuff, sell them stuff.. your choice... give them free stuff with your links in it, worth value... basic int. 101.
