Help Choosing the Right WP Theme

I'm hoping you programmers can help me.

I'm looking for a WordPress Theme that is:

Easy to edit sidebar fonts and colors,

Fast to load,

Add or Remove Menu bar at top,

Small header,

Clean & Easy on the eyes ( simple - no giant pics)

I want a plain theme that looks neat.

Title and Body text on left of page and one sidebar on right side.

All help is appreciated,

    The more simple the WordPress theme is then the faster it can load which can give you a big boost. Slow loading sites are not well tolerated by visitors.

    You can choose slower loading templates if you use the free WP Super Cache plugin. It will convert the php output into a static html file.
