Way to scrape/find just questions being asked?

Does anyone know a way to find what recent questions are being asked in a niche from goog, facebook, twitter, etc? I know wordstream had a tool like this that could find just questions but its no longer functioning.

    You can get many valuable info there via JSON and/or XML.

      I agree. but XML works best for sure
