Very Inexperienced need very little help plz!

PROGRAMMING

I hope I am in the right place if I am not, please forgive my ignorance.
I purchased a webpage that did not have editing instructions, I usualy figure out what to do eventually but I am stuck.
It has a subscribe form that I don't want to replace but I obviously need prospects to go to my get responce account. I have done this before with instructions but it looked nothing like this so if some one can help, maybe if you want I can paste a section here or whatever so I can fix it.

Just make a new form in Get Response and replace everything from:

<form action .... </form>

with your new optin form

This help article might be useful, as it seems you are trying to take an existing webform and submit it to GetResponse.

You just need to make a new campaign and optin form in GetResponse and carry over the elements you need to complete the subscriber box x 2 so you don't bang up the code.
