Email software Question

A few months ago there was a $7 WSO that offered software that would keep your emails coherent
no matter what email client they were seen on. According to the seller emails get messed up when.
Viewed by others because sometimes there are too many characters in a line and some email
Softwares will chop up the email badly. The software he was selling limits
(Not his, he claimed it was a standard software used by marketers) would limit
Characters on line in emails to less than 76 so emails would come out. Unscrambled no matter
who views it. I cannot find the original WSO and I have searched for software like this without
success. Does anyone know more about this? As you can probably tell. I am NOT a programmer
so non technical explanations would help.

Thanks!

It is true that emails should be kept
short to be easier on the eyes.

However, I personally wouldn't be paying
for something that shortens sentence length.

The going "suggestion" for emails is:
    • Short headlines
    • Short Paragraphs
    • Keep lines short
Try to keep your headlines around 5-6 words
or less than 40 characters. This keeps the
email client from "chopping up" your subject line.

Ex. "The little boy that could do no wrong..." (40-8)
Ex. "The superduper baddy Wolfie Man!" (32-5)

Just like what I'm doing here, keep the paragraphs
    and sentences limited. Within reason.

The short paragraph's main purpose is to retain
reader attention and ease the eyes while reading.

The sentence should be short as the advertiser
said so it doesn't get distorted by the email client.
This is especially important on phones.

If you have a smartphone, test your email width
and paragraphs to see if they format correctly
    on your phone.

This should give you a good idea on how wide
your sentences should be and also your paragraphs.

    Hope this helps. :-)

I guess I would still pay. With the software the emails came out nicely
Formatted in the example shown, without having to estimate if lines are
too long. I also have some contracts I want to put in the body of
Emails so that is why I am so concerned about the email format
    Remaining the same.
