Edit cPanel Theme

I am trying to edit cPanel x3 theme and want to add some features in it. I managed to add new group and new icon, however I am facing difficulty while adding below features to cpanel theme :
IP ADD :
INODES :
CPU Usage :
Memory Usage :
Server Name :
Name servers :
cPanel Package :
Running Processes :
I want to make it like this : http://snag.gy/50N1u.jpg
I am looking for your help in php. Could you please help me in this task.... it might be useful for others too...
