Need help to Import/Export posts To New Host

I have been up all night trying to import files from my current hostgator hosted website and export(test on subdomain) my site has over 3000 posts plus a lot of pics.

i tried using the wordpress import/export plugin but it just not getting all the files.

I recently switched to new hosted and had my website and files transfered by a Fiverr seller , however some of the files are missing and i have not been hearing much of him lately. To make things worse he told me that he was sick a coulple days ago, now i of to take matters in my own hands.... from what i am seeing thus far i understand that to do this manually, it will take a lot of KNOW HOW (I only got a couple hours knowledge).

With that said are there any useful plugin(s) that could be used to get the job done? Or Any Suggestions?

I just want to transfer posts along with its images , not website/theme files.
#host #import or export #posts #transfering

You can use Xcloner, it's a free plugin or standalone php program that will allow you to select or exclude files and it will transfer the mysql database as well.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.

Why didn't you just migrate the cPanel backup?
    That would have been easier.
