How do i disable the fancy effects on a new latop

I need my laptop to run with very basic styling. How do i turn off all of the css?

    CSS has nothing to do with your operating system like windows...

            It would help if you told us which operating system you are running.

            If it is windows 8, go to control panel -> system ->advanced system settings.

            Then choose performance settings.

            There are some defaults you can choose:
            Let windows choose
            Adjust for best appearance
            Adjust for best performance
            custom.

            You can choose best performance to turn off some effects, or you can select custom, and uncheck specific effects, such as "enable transparent glass", "animations in taskbar" etc.

            You will see a marginal performance gain and extended battery life by unchecking all the options.
