Membership software query

I wish to use membershipsoftware with clickbank and wordpress I have done this before, however my latest project is a bit different as its across two separate websites.
This is how it will work.
Site 1
User Clicks Buy Button - Pays via clickbank - Join Aweber list - Goes to Order Page - On Order Page clicks link to separate members site (on a different URL)
Site 2
- Buyer comes to site 2 sign up page on new site - User inputs username and password to enter private wordpress members area.
Memberships would be monthly based or yearly based, the aim would be to get the process automated with clickbank, so membership status doesn't have to be updates manually. Also only buyers should be able to sign up to private area on site 2
Can this be done across two sites? Is there any software that can do this, I know amember cant be done in this way.
