    - do you want to compile videos?
    - do you want add logo, images, arrows, comments to existing video?
    - do you want to have 3D?

    first you should have clear vision what you want from video creation software.
    There are free apps, there are paid, there are small/simple and big/complicated.

    Adobe Premiere CS6 is really hard to beat. You also have Final Cut Pro, Sony Vegas Video, and others. You should look at sites like videohelp.com for help here.

    It depends on what you doing. It's not this easy of a question.

    I would recommend if you are looking for free software suggestions I like

    1. Camstudio - its a free screen recording software that will let you create video tutorials and records dirrctly from your screen, you can also add voice over to or if recording your voice isn't an option you can add annotations.

    2. Windows Movie Maker - great for simple videos, add pictures, screenshots together to make an easy video, add text easily and music too

    I think you can use
    > Pixorial: It is an online video creation tool. The thing that I like the most about Pixorial is that the video creation and editing tools are laid out in an intuitive user interface.
    > WeVideo: It is a collaborative online video creation tool. In the video editor you can upload your own media clips or use stock media clips to produce your video.
    > PowToon: It is a nice service for creating explanatory videos through a drag and drop process. The videos that you create feature digital paper cut-outs on a colorful background.
