Best Shopping Cart And Affiliate System

I am about to start building a new shopping cart with affiliate script for a new niche product that has started to go a bit crazy sales wise.

Pay Pal is pi**ing me off at the moment and I want get my own system in place,

Any recommendations on what to use inorder to
  • Create a shopping cart
  • Take transactions
  • Plug in affiliate script
Is there any standard plug and play solutions you recommend?

    Before I decided against selling products, I looked into this and I was told that Google Checkout was by far the best. I done a bit more research and went into the work at home mom systems stuff and found most of those women are using a new place called buy it sell it. I do not know if they have affiliate script but I think some of those were doing an integration (I believe that is the right word) with something called JROX? Hope that helps you. I'm still very new but maybe its a starting place?

    Guyd, when you accomplish the task of creating this, would it be possible for you to contact me? I am in the market to find a unique and stable shopping cart with affiliate integrated. Will you be creating this yourself and marketing it or only using it for personal use?

    You can easily avail the free and opensource ecommerce solution called oscommerce, and i believe you can download a free affiliate script for it from here:
