Using Curl for Adsense mobile adcode

Am a bit of a novice in php, been having problem with this my Adsense for mobile code. hope i find help here..
Is it possible to use curl for the below Adcode.

    CURL is not useful for grabbing anything that is generated or injected by javascript. It's similar to how a search engine bot crawls a web page, with the javascript off.

    If the content is available directly from google and it is physically in the page then, yes you can use curl.

    You may want to see if they have an API that you can request the information be presented in JSON format for you, would be much easier to manipulate in php after decoding it into an associative array.
