I want to transfer my other domain/blog which is now temporary closed. I am looking the cheap one that is $1 or 2 monthly and no other hidden payments. Please let me know. Thanks!

Hostica.com charges $1 per month (that's for one site only).

Byethost, 000WebHost and Freehostia all have free hosting available, as well as paid (and they don't put any of their own advertising on their customers' free-hosted pages).

No Support Linux Hosting for $1 a month with full Cpanel and all the normal goodies is the one I have used several years and had all the support I needed. Just read their home page for details. The only downside is they have NO referral plan, but that's cool with me.

If the internet is your main platform why would you want to invest into cheap hosting? They are not reliable and will definitely limit your online business.

If I were you I would at least invest into a reliable host around $4 a month for shared hosting and once you scale, invest into VPS (Virtual private servers) around $20 a month.

What you are doing here is like investing into a broken shed to open a retail shop.

He doesn't have enough budget to pay that hosting. 20$ per month could be cheap for you, but in other country 20$ is quite expensive.

As for hosting you can go to freewebhostingtalk.com or webhostingtalk.com. Their they giving you hosting for cheap you want. But, then again it's essential to back up your sites daily.

You obviously have no clue what it takes to provide a shared hosting account or how those who charge more are making a killing off of you and others who don't know the whole story. Half of your payment goes to affiliates, so when you eliminate that expense and increase volume by providing service people don't mind sharing without the affiliate commissions, it grows by word of mouth.

I have been using NoSupportLinuxHosting.com for several years and have no complaints, in fact I am glad to recommend them to my friends. Check the stats of what they offer for that buck before you discount them.

Actually, I think you need to revise your cost numbers a bit. Sure, I could buy a cheap server and sell hosting at a cheap rate. But you have to add in the value of staff time too. A senior sysadmin might run you $50 - $100/hour meaning if one person out of 50 on my stack takes just one hour of my senior sysadmin's time with a support request, I'm only breaking if I'm only charging $1/month. And that's only counting labor costs -- and only one staff person at that.

Of course, I could also hire less experienced, less expensive and less competent people -- which is exactly what you get when you cheap out on your hosting. I spend about $5,000/year on hosting right now, which I consider a bargain not just for the great hardware that I'm getting, but because I know AWS has top-notch engineers configuring and supporting that hardware.

    That's a really low budget.
NSLH is also the only one I'd recommend for $1. But as the name says, no support.

    Stablehost is a better deal.
