hello guys i want ask is their any plugin or plugins to help me collecting emails from wp landing page plus send bulk mails to those subscriber through my site if is their any plugin available.

  If you have a legit opt-in list, you shouldn't have problems with MailChimp.
  ...assuming you don't actually send spam to your list.
  
  MailChimp will also provide great stats for each mail you send to you list.

Mailchimp is def. a great option.. If you are starting out. They offer, first 2000 for free!
