Install squeeze page template on wordpress?

I've squeeze page, sales page, and thank you page template which contains images, index.php, reset.css, and style.css. How do i install all these to my wordpress?
Should i use plugin? or i can install it in another way.

    are those already been coded to wordpress? if so, just put it in a theme folder and make sure your stylesheet introduce it to wordpress.
