Can Third Party File Manager be used for Specific Folders?

I am using Windows 7 and it keeps auto sorting files in my folders.

Which third party File Manager can I specifically use only for certain folders? Or will it apply to all folders upon installation?

    You would use it independently. It wouldn't be just for specific folders.
    But what does it matter? It doesn't affect how files are stored. It's just a display. Any other file manager is going to work the same way.
    Do they need to be displayed in some kind of order. Did you want them in date created order? Date last modified? Or in a custom order?

    try filezilla, it's pretty decent although it sounds like you just need to re-sort your folder in windows.
