Can not access Cpanel at home, but ok using wifi outside

I am having connection problem trying to run FileZilla or access 3rd party's login to Cpanel from home.

I have tried many times to run FileZilla from home and it always time out. I always have internet connection while trying to connect so that's not the problem.

I used public library's computer and was able to access Cpanel thru hosting company so I know it is not username/password issue. I am not able to connect at home using this particular hosting company's cpanel.

I have no problem connecting to Bluehost's Cpanel at home though.

Sorry to say but Comcast has not been much of any help.

Any ideas why I may have issues trying to run FileZilla or login in to a particular hosting company's Cpanel but there is no problem logging into another (Bluehost) from home?

Having to update mobi site away from home is a bummer.

Contact your host, make sure your home IP isn't blocked and make sure you have your ftp configuration with login details are correct.

Yes sounds like your hosting company blocked your home IP address. You should file a support ticket.
