Low alexa rankings
recieves over 600 UV's a day
Just over 3 years old
High promoted - jumped over 9,000,000 in alexa in last week!

The only problem i see is that the site doesnt attract much traffic to justify this price tag. Apologies if i sound critical; but i am just giving my opinion

600 uvs a day not good traffic???

$4 a month is a bargain for a PR5 backlink.. some charge over $150 p/year

all links are dofollow. the site has been listed on many blogs,forums and some of the best directory link websites there is. this is what generates the traffic. i can send you traffic stat pics if you need proof.

the site has automated advertising should you be interested.

I see a PR5 link from the homepage but obviously that is not the same as a link from an internal page. Not trying to be difficult, just pointing that if someone is listing for inbound link value, it is not the same as having a direct link from a PR5 page.
