I'm very interested IF the Page Rank is on the same page my link will be on... if the page is Do-Follow and not saturated and if the link is permanent.

Might have some long term business with you if so.

Do not USE Personal Payment (gift) because this scammer will run off with your money and you'll never hear back from him after he receives your money!!!! Make sure you send payment as purchase of goods or services ONLY so that way if he don't deliver the goods you can always set up a paypal dispute.

Okay so this is what happened, I sent payment through paypal as gift on 1-4-10 and he said he can have my blog comments done in one day. 1-10-10 I pm him and he does not respond back and it's like he just disappeared. He login WF on 1-20-10 so I left comments on his thread on 1-21-10 and 1-22-10 and I also left comment on his profile page. Finally on 1-21-10 he sends me refund asking me to deleted my post in this thread and said that he was in a car accident yada yada yada. I sent him a pm on 1-10-10 and he logged in on 1-20-10 and didn't even bother to pm me back so whatever dude.

Moral of the story is DO NOT SEND Payment as Gift because you will not be protected under paypals good and services agreement which means that if he decides not to deliver what he promised then there is nothing paypal can do to get you your money back. DO NOT USE PERSONAL PAYMENT > GIFT unless The person you're sending the money too is someone you trust 100%. I have learned my lesson and will never ever make pay as a personal gift. You want to offer your service then you better be willing to pay them tax dollars.
